Our office is open Tuesday - Friday between 9 am to 6 pm and on Saturdays between 9 am to 1 pm. We’re closed on Sundays and Mondays.
When can I access my storage unit?
Access your storage unit 7 days a week between 6 am to 10 pm.
Do you sell boxes and other storage supplies?
Yes. Purchase boxes, locks furniture covers, packing paper and much more at a competitive price. Stop by the office to take a look at everything we offer.
Am I required to store long-term?
We lease on a month-to-month basis so store with us for as long as you please. No long-term contracts or binding agreements.
How do I pay my storage bill?
We accept all forms of payment including credit and debit cards. Make your monthly payments online via our online bill payment system.
What type of storage units do you offer?
Tri-Village Self Storage offers standard storage units, climate-controlled storage units, and wine storage spaces. Standard units offer convenient, exterior drive-up access with a rolling door secured with a lock. Climate controlled units are accessible via interior hallways and monitor temperatures to ensure that your belongings are protected against intense temperatures and humidity. Wine is kept inside of our climate-controlled units as well.
What are the security features of the facility?
Our facility features the latest in video surveillance and monitoring technology to ensure our tenants have peace of mind. We use high-definition video cameras and computer-controlled gate entry to keep track of who comes and goes 24/7.
