The staff are very friendly, professional, helpful, and are able to meet with me or answer my questions whenever I need them to. When I initially rented my unit, however, I was not aware I was going to have to pay for insurance at all until it came time for my first payment. But it was not a price that I had to pay for my first month so that was nice.

I initially called & the manager, Mike Bradford, was away from the office, so I planned to just go in. However, he called me back promptly, and gave me all the information I needed. I went in later & was greeted by Mike- a friendly, professional man, who showed me around & got me all set up with a better deal than I can get anywhere else in town. The facility is clean, well lit and secure, and easy to access. There is an elevator, however I was fortunate to land a ground floor unit that had just vacated. I will say, when trying to find the place, the turn off of Broadway appears to be Kindred- but the office is right there on the left as you pull in- so, look for Kindred & you're in the right place.
